This report is intended to help EU companies which sell and/or purchase goods and/or services for business purposes, such as reselling, manufacturing, providing services in Japan. This report suggests that there are considerable gaps in the quality and quantity of information and negotiating power between individual consumers and business entities which may cause damage to consumers in preparation of contracts.
