The outlook of the Japanese construction sectors is brighter than it has been for years. Ongoing fiscal stimulus measures, continuing reconstruction efforts following the 2011 earthquake and the more recent April 2016 earthquake, and anticipated demand from building projects for the Olympics will ensure continued demand for residential and non-residential construction.
